ItineraryStop

A spot, route or place of this guide, a travel leg, or a note. Helpers (stays, transport, food, parking) go in as place stops by their spotId, never spot stops: buyers only open spot stops on live, non-archived, non-helper spots. Archived spots are accepted with a warning and buyers do not see that stop. Another guide's reference is refused with its position (Day 2, stop 3: this spot is not in the guide).
