A dated fact that ran out or needs a new check.

Group: Objects.

## Fields

- `kind` (string, required): The kind of row. One of `spot`, `place`, `route`, `area`, `photo`.
- `id` (string, required): The row's id.
- `name` (string, required): The row's name.
- `field` (string, required): The field that needs a new check (fees, status, schedule, reviewBy ...).
- `reason` (string, required): Why it is listed. One of `review_due`, `ended`, `not_checked_recently`.
- `date` (string or null, required): The date that passed (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `detail` (string, required): What ran out, in plain words.
