An area with the spots that point at it.

## Fields

- `id` (string, required): The area's id.
- `name` (string, required): The area's name.
- `kind` (string, optional): park, reserve, island, region, city or other. One of `park`, `reserve`, `island`, `region`, `city`, `other`.
- `note` (string, optional): What applies across the area.
- `season` (string, optional): The area's season in words.
- `rules` (array of AccessRule, optional): Access rules for the whole area.
